Due to the product being digital, all sales are final, requesting a chargeback or refund will result in a ban & blacklist.

  • No Trading, Leaking, or Price Splitting my models.

  • You absolutely CANNOT put any image of ANY of my work through an AI system. Meaning you're not allowed to generate AI content with my models designs, or to edit any picture or video including my models with AI.

  • You can not reuse any assets used on my avatars, you MUST buy them from their creators listed in the credits.

  • Do not claim my avatars as your own or resell them.

  • Do not remove any credits/name tags located in my avatars. Giving credit to my shop is appreciated, even if the model was heavily edited.

  • When editing my models, please keep the body and head together (no head-swaps), and my tag on the avatar. If you want to commission someone to edit the avatar for you, they must also own the avatar. There are no specific limits, please keep the avatar recognizable and give me credit as the creator ALWAYS.

  • When you use my my avatars for content (X, Twitch, Tiktok) Credit is required.

  • If you are banned from my server, you are banned from my store.

  • If you are banned from my server, you are not allowed to interact with any of my avatars, have friends give you insight on my avatars, or find ways to inspect, obtain files, textures, materials, or any work regarding my avatars.

  • If you are banned from my server you cannot obtain my avatars in anyway, whether that be gifted from someone else or with a alternative email.

  • You absolutely MUST be 18+ to purchase 18+ avatars.

  • You are required to use your accurate discord and VRC username when purchasing, if you don't, you do not have the rights to use my avatars. If you have a special font, it has to be used in the checkout.

  • When gifting to someone, you must include yours and their discord & VRChat accounts. You have to use their email, ( never yours ) using your email for a gifted product is considered leaking since you would have access to the files aswell.

  • You absolutely CANNOT in any circumstance price split my avatars.

  • Sharing files is PROHIBITED, anywhere. Whether its public or private.
